Coffee Roasting Blues

The heating element broke on my roaster this morning - durning mid roast. Jared hid in his bedroom as I swore up and down, using an assortment of filthy words. I get online this afternoon, to find an email address so that I can test the warranty, only to find that a lot of people are having problems with this model. I should have gone with the alpenroast... should have, should have :::slapping head:::. I'll have to make due with some other method. Perhaps I'll buy a thermometer and a pop-corn popper (cheap solution) and roast my beans that way until I can afford a $300 machine. Damn!
